With over 7 years of experience in Transfer Pricing, Darya has been collaborating on several projects, both nationally and internationally across a wide range of industries and sectors, assisting multinational groups through the entire transfer pricing lifecycle including designing, implementing, documenting, monitoring and defending intercompany pricing policies that align their global operational model with business strategy and tax optimization, aimed to maximize global profitability.
The support provided involves defining or evaluating pricing policies, preparing functional, risk and asset analysis, preparing sectoral analysis, determining functional models, optimizing the restructuring processes, assisting with inspection, prevention, and dispute resolution processes.
